Well Bread! is a small supplier of Artisan Breads and baked goods, local to Brixham in glorious South Devon.
We specialise in Organic Sourdoughs, made with Spelt and Rye, as well as Sweet and Savoury Rolls, Ciabatta and Focaccia.
We also make savoury snacks in a variety of flavours.

Wednesday Morning

Here we go again, by 6am, when I took a break and went out for the paper, I had the Spelt loaves proving, 2 batches of Ciabatta mix rising and 20 rolls baked. I still have the Soda Bread to start, but that will fit in around everything else.

 
 

I'm trying to get ahead of the game, as it's Georgina's birthday and I want to call her, (9.5 hours ahead) before she goes out for the evening.

The spelt rose nicely,


and was shaped.


Now its just a question of timing.

Got the call to Australia, then the fun began,


Soda Bread,
 
Spelt Loaves,
 Ciabatta.

All done and out for delivery at 0915. Now its time for a cup of coffee and a sit down.
