Well Bread! is a small supplier of Artisan Breads and baked goods, local to Brixham in glorious South Devon.
We specialise in Organic Sourdoughs, made with Spelt and Rye, as well as Sweet and Savoury Rolls, Ciabatta and Focaccia.
We also make savoury snacks in a variety of flavours.

A slight delay

Apologies to everyone, I have been a bit distracted over the last couple of weeks. There have been visits to family and a book launch to contend with so I'm afraid that posting has taken a bit of a back seat.

I also had my talk at Oats, a great evening in which I managed to make a loaf and 8 rolls in 90 minutes. (I cheated a bit with a pre-ferment for the loaf though)

Everyone who came along had a taste and there was nothing left so it must have been OK.

I've still been baking the usual stuff, just not writing about it or even trying new ideas. I hope to get back to normal (whatever that is) very soon. Meanwhile thanks for your patience, please don't forget me and I'll see you shortly.
