Well Bread! is a small supplier of Artisan Breads and baked goods, local to Brixham in glorious South Devon.
We specialise in Organic Sourdoughs, made with Spelt and Rye, as well as Sweet and Savoury Rolls, Ciabatta and Focaccia.
We also make savoury snacks in a variety of flavours.

Beetroot Ciabatta


Following the success of the Walnut and Caraway Sourdough Ciabatta I've been experimenting with other flavours. 

Here's the latest, Beetroot, chopped and added into the dough at first mix.



After a few folds and an overnight rise, I cut and shaped them this morning.



Maybe shaping is a bit optimistic, I formed them into pleasing Artisan shapes.

After an hour for a second rise and 15 minutes in the oven they were cooked.



I think I'll add them to my list.
