Well Bread! is a small supplier of Artisan Breads and baked goods, local to Brixham in glorious South Devon.
We specialise in Organic Sourdoughs, made with Spelt and Rye, as well as Sweet and Savoury Rolls, Ciabatta and Focaccia.
We also make savoury snacks in a variety of flavours.

Sourdough Baguettes and a new supplier.

I'm still practicing my Sourdough recipes for the LoveLife show, here are some baguettes, the taste was there but the texture was a bit heavy, I think my starter needs boosting a bit.

I also found a new deal on my Spelt Flour, the price has gone up a bit but I should be able to get regular supplies now.

I'll have to have a go with this tomorrow and see what its like. It arrived in 2 days from ordering and there was free delivery, maybe I'll use them for everything, trouble is I need more storage space.
